Aim Auditing was founded by Mr. Abdulwahab Alhosani (CPA), Managing Director, who is a Certified Public Accountant (U.S.) and is from UAE.  He holds more than 35 years of experience in Accounting, Auditing and Finance At AIM Auditing, we are not just an auditing firm. For us, auditing is the very essence of business confidence. Being well-versed in the liquidation service industry in the UAE, he has in-depth knowledge of the markets as well as asset management. Through his expertise in negotiation and communication, he can offer clients customized solutions that suit their needs perfectly.

Mr. Sujith Rajendran

Mr. Sujith Rajendran, a qualified Fellow Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), serves as the Group Operations Manager of the firm in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. He brings over 10 years of professional experience across Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Taxation, Cost Studies, Investigations, and the Implementation of Accounting Software and Internal Controls in both India and the UAE. His extensive expertise enables him to optimize financial operations, strengthen compliance frameworks, and deliver practical business solutions. Ms. Anu Zacharia, an experienced Associate Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), acts as a Financial Auditor at the firm in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. Ms. Anu Zacharia has a rich experience in Auditing, Financial Reporting, Internal Control, Implementation of Accounting Systems, Costing, Financial Advisory, and Taxation not only in India but also in the UAE and has specialization in Corporate Tax in the UAE and VAT returns preparation. With years of experience in Accounting, Auditing, Financial Management, Cost Study, Investigation & Accounting Software implementation in India & UAE, he offers practical insights into the problems faced by organizations operating in challenging regulatory environments.

Mr. Sridhar Katrakuti

Mr. Sridhar Katrakuti is an accomplished audit and advisory expert with over 30 years of professional experience in audit, taxation, information systems, and management consultancy services. He is a fellow member of Emirates Association of Accountants and Auditors, UAE and of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He holds certifications as Solutions Consultant in Management Accounting from SAP AG, Germany; Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA, USA; and Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI, USA. He renders quality assurance and advisory services to clients in different industrial sectors. His areas of expertise include external audit, establishing internal controls and software implementation. Apart from that, he offers business advisory services and business performance analysis.

Mr. Hemanth Kumar Eswar

Mr. Hemanth Kumar Eswar, is a Chartered Accountant and Cost and Management Accountant with over 7 years of experience in the fields of accounting, auditing, and taxation. He has specialization in UAE VAT and corporate tax. He has vast experience in conducting VAT audits, VAT refund process, corporate tax preparation, and many other matters relating to compliance with regulations. He ensures proper coordination with the audit team for conducting the audit process. He also gives business suggestions related to improving their internal control system and compliance with UAE tax and accounting requirements. He adopts the personal approach so that he can create long-term relationships with his clients.
