With deep expertise in liquidation services in the UAE, he possesses comprehensive knowledge of market dynamics, asset management, and client-focused solutions. Mr. Sujith Rajendran, a qualified Fellow Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Mr. Sujith Rajendran serves as the Group Operations Manager of the firm in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. He brings over 10 years of professional experience across Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Taxation, Cost Studies, Investigations, and the Implementation of Accounting Software and Internal Controls in both India and the UAE. His extensive expertise enables him to optimize financial operations, strengthen compliance frameworks, and deliver practical business solutions.

Ms. Anu Zacharia, a qualified Associate Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), serves as a Financial Auditor at the firm in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. She brings extensive experience in Auditing, Financial Reporting, Internal Controls, Accounting System Implementation, Costing, Financial Advisory, and Taxation across India and the UAE, with specialized expertise in UAE Corporate Tax compliance and VAT return filing. Her diverse skill set enables her to deliver accurate, compliant, and practical solutions for complex financial, regulatory, and strategic business matters.

Mr. Sijo Jose, a qualified Associate Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), is the firm’s Financial Auditor in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. He specializes in Auditing, Tax Advisory, and Regulatory Compliance, with in-depth knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax. With hands-on experience in Accounting, Auditing, Financial Management, Cost Studies, Investigations, and Accounting Software Implementation across India and the UAE, he provides insightful, compliance-focused, and practical solutions for businesses operating in complex regulatory environments.

Ms. Jayashree Sowndarya B, CA, is a Chartered Accountant specializing in Ind AS conversion, audit, and financial reporting. She brings practical experience in handling statutory requirements, taxation matters, and compliance-driven assignments.Known for her structured approach and attention to detail, she is committed to providing dependable and efficient professional services tailored to client needs.

Mr. Hemanth Kumar Eswar is a Chartered Accountant and Cost & Management Accountant with over 7 years of professional experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation.He specializes in UAE VAT and corporate tax matters. He has extensive experience in VAT audits, refund claims, corporate tax filings, and other compliance matters. He conducts statutory and external audits, ensuring effective coordination with the audit teams. He also advises businesses on enhancing internal controls and maintaining robust compliance with UAE tax and financial reporting requirements.Hemanth is committed to developing long-term professional relationships with clients by taking a personalized approach, understanding their needs and expectations, and providing practical and cost-effective solutions.

Mr. Sridhar Katrakuti is an experienced audit and advisory professional with over 30 years of professional experience in auditing, taxation, information systems, and management consulting services.He is a fellow member of the Emirates Association for Accountants and Auditors, UAE, and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also certified as a Solutions Consultant in Management Accounting by SAP AG, Germany; Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) by ISACA, USA; and Project Management Professional (PMP) by PMI, USA. He delivers high-quality assurance and advisory services to clients across various industries. He specializes in external audits, setting up internal control systems, and implementing software. In addition, he provides business advisory services, business performance analysis, and process improvement strategies.
